Ronse Massey Developments converted a large Heritage designated home to multiple strata condo units. We found the owner management and employees to be very professional, experienced, thorough and flexible with excellent quality standards specific to our class of development. We consider Ronse Massey Developments to be a very competent and reliable contractor.

– N. Drewlo

Lisa and I consider it our good fortune to have come across Ronse Massey’s Bancroft House in March 2010. Stepping in for a quick look during a walk to the beach, we were immediately attracted to the quality of design and construction that was apparent throughout this unique heritage restoration. Within two weeks we had written an unconditional offer, and two weeks later we were proud owners. More than two years later, we remain delighted customers of Joel and Xavier.

Tell Xav he owes me a dinner for my prose...

– Jesse Nobbs-Thiessen, Liberty Homes Ltd.

My husband and I have been using the firm of “Ronse Massey Developments” for the past eighteen months as they build our new home. We have found the young men of that firm to be courteous, reliable, knowledgeable, and very highly skilled. We are happy to give them an enthusiastic recommendation.

Over the past years I have had the pleasure of providing house history research services for Joel and Xavier Massey regarding a number of heritage houses being rehabilitated, restored, and renovated by their company, Ronse Massey Developments.

As a house history researcher and a heritage activist it is always gratifying to find builders and developers who are truly interested in finding out the heritage value of the house they are going to work on before commencing alterations.

They have a keen eye for unique projects and a passion for working with old houses in an innovative and sensitive way. Thanks to their efforts, a lot of Vancouver’s venerable old houses have been saved from the wrecker ball and continue to stand as important witnesses to this city built heritage, the people who constructed them, and the generations of Vancouverites who lovingly called these houses home.
